The Orthofit Adjustable Ice Wrap is designed to be used hot or cold. It can be used on the knee, elbow, foot and most areas requiring relief from pain.

· For use as a cold pack: place the gel pack in the freezer until the desired temperature is reached. Place the cold pack on the affected area and secure in place using the velcro straps.

· For use as a hot pack: place the gel pack in hot water until the desired temperature is reached. Place on the affected area and secure in place with the velcro straps.

It is recommended that the application of cold or heat does not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes between applications. Do not place gel ice pack in the microwave. If this product causes you to experience any pain, discontinue use and contact your healthcare practitioner.
